Bainbridge Island Pickleball exists to ensure that pickleball flourishes here at the birthplace of the sport in perpetuity. It is no small thing that pickleball was invented here. Our origin story needs to be preserved.

We are at a precipice here on Bainbridge. We’re in the intense planning stage for covered courts. We want to make sure that everyone can play year round as our community grows. We also want to make it plain to locals and visitors that we are the pickleball town - and offer a world-class experience when they come to play.

So, join us, by becoming a member of BIP. If you already have, give it as a gift to someone you love. We want to reach 17 more members by New Year’s Eve! The annual dues are $20/person and help pay for the basics (our website, accounting system, etc.). If you can’t or don’t want to afford it, just check the box in the form (link below). We want your input. That’s the priority.

Youth involvement - please sign up your young ones for free. We want to incorporate their perspective. They are the future!

Members will not only stay informed and your input will shape the future of pickleball in a very concrete way. Your vote at the annual membership meeting is your voice, and you will be heard.

There are a couple of fun ones too - you get a water bottle sticker, indicating that you are a founding member, a magnet for your fridge, and you will be entered into a raffle to win one free lesson with our local pro, Zach Ohnemus.
